What to Expect From Picture Day
Before Picture Day
You’ll receive a simple info sheet from your school with dates, clothing tips, and everything you need to know.
On Picture Day
We create a relaxed, kid-friendly environment so your child can be themselves — no forced smiles.
After Picture Day
You’ll get a secure link to your child’s gallery to view, favorite, and order prints and digital files.

Things to Know

Have your child(ren) dressed in the outfit of your choice and their hair done prior to arriving.
The current backdrop will be displayed on the posters at your child's school for reference.
If your school is scheduled for multiple days, please check the poster for your child's scheduled day.
If your child is absent on their scheduled day we will make sure to get them photographed on the day they attend.
If your child does not attend either picture day, please reach out to us and we will see what we can do to help.

You child(ren) will be taken to get their photos along with a group of children from their classroom. For best results please drop them off in their classroom upon arrival. Do not bring them down to the picture room.
Siblings will be photographed together and separately on sibling day.
Have your child dressed in the outfit of your choice.

Once your images are uploaded online, you will be emailed a link to view and order (if you or your school has provided emails). Otherwise, a paper proof will be handed out one-two weeks following the shoot.
ALL ORDERING IS DONE ONLINE!
Please place your order prior to the posted due date for FREE shipping to the school.
Any orders placed after the due date will be automatically shipped to your home and will incur a shipping fee.

Seasonal mini sessions for families who want updated portraits between school picture days — offered just a few times a year.

Your school will send the exact date and schedule. If you’re unsure, please check the picture poster by the front office

Avoid large logos or busy patterns.
Layers (jackets, cardigans, bows) add variety.

Yes! We love siblings. Please check the picture poster for the sibling day schedule. They will be photographed together and separate on sibling day.

No! Proofs will be delivered one-two weeks following the photoshoot.

Yes! Online galleries will remain open for up to a year.
Orders placed after the due date will have shipping fees and extended delivery times. -
No problem — you can still order once galleries go live. You’ll receive a link when your child’s photos are ready to view.

This allows us to keep picture day relaxed and stress-free for children.
Instead of scheduling formal retake days, we focus on capturing natural, authentic expressions the first time — and parents simply order their favorite images afterward. -
If your child is absent, we are happy to photograph them on our next scheduled visit. We can also try to accommodate your child by finding a school near you to bring them in for pictures.

Delivery timelines vary by school, but most orders are delivered within 1-2 weeks after the scheduled due date.
